If White were a model it would be Anita Ekberg, being just as seductive and slinky as the Swedish actress of the swinging sixties.
By virtue of its generous forms, it follows the path traced by the Green and Blue chairs already present in the Billiani collection and it is inspired by the Nordic design of the Sixties. Probably going against the trend, White stems from the desire to retrace historical concepts in chair design, adding contemporary language and advanced production techniques; all three pieces have in common the characteristic of a chunky leg, which rises from the classic 3 cm thick to 4 cm; these are statement pieces but also simple and gentle chairs, comfortable, practical andreassuring.
Born in Finland in 1970, from the very outset of his career Harri developed an uncompromisingly bold and determined design style that soon brought him international fame. Practicality, a connotative style and a conceptual approach to design are the hallmarks of his work.
