On His Design Philosophy
"My focus is on creating meaningful experiences driven by extensive strategic research and human behaviours. The holistic design practice incorporates a diverse creative toolbox, including industrial design, UI/UX, mechanical and electrical engineering, branding, installation design and human-centered research."

On Scandinavian Design
"New Scandinavian design is becoming more expressive and warmer over the last few years. It naturally combines a distinctive cultural touchpoint in craftsmanship and simplicity but with the world becoming ever smaller it is being further influenced by global trends and evolving to become an eclectic and sometime eccentric expression of design."

In fact, our name Muuto, inspired by the Finnish word muutos, means new perspective.
