Designers Young & Battaglia playfully blur the boundaries between the frame and the artwork by superimposing fragments of colour over a traditional neoclassical portrait and frame, both of which are digitally printed onto the canvas itself. The painting's subject, Rosalba, is re-imagined for the 21st Century, refracted through prismatic schemes to bring her beauty alive again.
