Designed by Bertjan Pot, Paper Cube is a series of elegant and functional cubed lamps.
Inspired by the mechanics of constructing folded paper ornaments, Paper Cube has a flat-pack design that is easy to assemble. Constructed from a strong Japanese paper material, made from recycled PET bottles, and with FSC-certified beech legs, the translucent shade has a closed volume that creates a soft ambient glow. Available in table and floor lamp versions with a cord and bulb socket, the lamps use a standard retrofit bulb and do not come supplied with a bulb. Paper Cube's clean design and warm, atmospheric light make it suitable for a variety of rooms at home, as well as restaurants, cafés and other public spaces.
Shortly after graduating from the Design Academy Eindhoven, Bertjan Pot opened his own studio in Rotterdam, gaining recognition for both his interiors and products. His work reflects his curiosity for materials and experimentation and exploration of production methods.
