Air moulded polypropylene chair.
Nassau in the fire retardant version is available only in Pure white RAL 9010.“ In the crowded field of chairs Nassau stands out with its simple and elegant silhouette and that certain « je ne sais quoi ». Like some stylish ladies, unique amongst others and you can’t really explain the reasons why.” Marc Sadler Nassau is a one-piece family of seats in polypropylene reinforced with glass fibre and made using the injected air-moulding technology that makes it sturdy and light at the same time. Rounded lines, a simple design and curvaceous shapes identify its character. The ergonomic backrest with its glossy finish on the outer side is contoured by an imaginary frame that enhances its importance. The seat emerging and developing from the backrest creates a fluid and continuous line.
Note: Nassau in the fire retardant version available only in Pure white RAL 9010 - Class 1 (UNI 9177)
One of the first graduates in “esthétique industrielle” at the ENSAD in Paris with a thesis on plastics, he was a pioneer in experimentation on the different materials and contamination between technologies, which have become distinctive aspects of his work. At the beginning of the seventies, he’s perfected the first ski-boot in thermoplastic material completely recyclable, subsequently commercialized by the Italian firm Caber. Today, thanks to his eclecticism, he’s a consultant for a wide range of industry companies. Awarded 4 times with the Compasso d’Oro by ADI, the Industrial Design Association, (1994, 2001, 2008 e 2014) his work has won many international design awards over the years.
