Multi The Multi chair is an uncomplicated upholstered occasional chair. It is composed of an upholstered, plywood shell on a brushed chrome steel rod base with nylon glides or a laser cut, mild steel base with self-righting mechanism. The chair is available is a range of upholstery and leather. Also available are dining chair and barstool versions and a matching range of tables. Multi Stool The Multi bar stool is an uncomplicated upholstered bar stool. It is composed of an upholstered, plywood shell on a brushed chrome steel rod base with nylon glides and in two different heights. The chair is available is a range of contract fabrics and leathers. Also available are dining chair, lounge chair and a matching range of tables. Multi Table Co-ordinating with the Multi chair ranges, the Multi table is available in two heights and various sizes. With a white compact laminate top and laser cut, powder coated base, the table is available with a round, square, rectangular or lozenge shaped top. Michael Sodeau was born in London in 1969. He studied product design at Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design where he graduated in 1994. He was a founding partner in Inflate, and set up his own design studio Michael Sodeau Partnership in 1997, designing for MSP his own production company.
Michael has also designed for several other manufacturers that include Abet, Asplund, Bute, Christopher Farr, E&Y, Gervasoni, Gordon Russell, Isokon Plus, Livit, SCP and Wedgwood. Michael Sodeau has exhibited internationally and has had solo shows in London, New York, Paris, Stockholm and Tokyo. He also has designs in the permanent collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum and Black Dog Published a book on Michael Sodeau entitled 'Once upon a line'.
