Convincing clarity.
The striking features of the MATCH line are its asymmetric two-part design and space-saving practicality. These purist items are made from metal and finished in slate-black or white soft-touch powder coating. The wall-mounted coat rack has a storage compartment, two rails and three hooks, and can be complemented with a matching console. The two openings angled at 90° to each other – which are a hallmark of this range – are also found on the side tables, which come in two different sizes and various versions. The sleek, black-edged wall mirror makes the perfect addition. Practical yet classy, the MATCH line makes an interesting highlight in offices and elsewhere. Architectural, pure, timeless.
Jehs + Laub
Two of Knoll’s newest collaborators, Markus Jehs and Jürgen Laub studied industrial design at the Hochshcule für Gestaltung Schwäebisch Gmuend. Their friendship was cemented while interning in New York, leading them to open Jehs+Laub in 1994. They have designed furniture and lighting for many of the world’s leading design companies, including Thonet, Cassina, and Fritz Hansen. Their interior design portfolio includes the master concept of worldwide showrooms for Mercedes-Benz® and suite 606 at the Ice Hotel in Sweden.
