Designed for the restoration of the Liceo – Barcelona’s grand opera theatre that was engulfed in flames in 1994 –, this lamp incorporates a large source of light at the bottom that focuses a wealth of indirect light upwards.
With a shade consisting of a large hollow fireproof bronze mesh attached to a steel shaft, the Liceo lamp looks like a striking ball of fire that irradiates a dramatic luminous effect, lending a touch of grace to the classiest venues.
