Koloman Moser

Koloman Moser (Vienna 1868 - Vienna 1918), painter, carried out his activity mainly in the field of decorative arts. He was one of the most significant artists in the Viennese secession.

Collaborator of Joseph Maria Olbrich, Josef Hoffmann and Otto Wagner, he was also one of the founders of the Wiener Werkstätte in 1903, creating models for glass, furniture, metal objects, fabrics, carpets, etc.

He designed illustrations for newspapers. After 1907 he devoted himself mainly to painting.
