HINODE is a wall lamp in die cast aluminium with LED or ECO halogen light source, designed by Setsu&Shinobu Ito for LUMEN CENTER ITALIA.
Available in the following finishes: matt white, sandblasted aluminium or pearl grey
Setsu & Shinobu ITO
Setsu & Shinobu Ito both designers and architects. They cooperate as consultants with important international companies between Milan and Tokyo. Their works, published and exhibited all over Europe and Japan, have received several design awards such as ‘The Good Design Award 2001’ (Japan) and Premio Compasso d’Oro 2011’ (Italy) and some of them became permanent collections of ‘Die Neue Sammlung’ International Design Museum in Munich. Besides her activity as designer, Shinobu Ito also works in graphic design and marketing, complementary competences she has developed during her cooperation at CBS Sony. Setsu Ito is visiting professor at the Politecnico di Milano, IUAV University of Venice, Domus Academy and IED Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan and Tsukuba University and Tama Art University in Tokyo.
