I am a professionally trained traditional upholstress based in Ruthin, North Wales. During a tea break I mused that the sheep in the surrounding fields looked like little footstools...the Baa Stool idea was born.

I wanted as many of the materials in the stool to be local and from sustainable sources which I have achieved. Many of the frames and legs are made by local craftsman and I'm proud to say the sheepskin is all from British flocks.

The British sheepskin cover fits snugly but is removable for easy cleaning. Sheepskin fleece naturally repels dirt so makes an ideal covering for a footstool.
