Atelier Chair is part of a versatile furniture series of 2014 inspired by the structure of a painting easel. It features a clever reinterpretation of the classic wooden armchair, with a contemporary, industrial and clean design, emphasized by a high grade craftsmanship. Atelier chairs may easily go from a comfortable chair with armrests, suitable for dining areas or living room spaces, to a public space seat, that can be easily stacked.
Dragoș Motica
Passionate architect and product designer, Dragos has successfully developed products in the fields of furniture, lighting and interior design. Working within the fields of architecture, interior design, product design and graphic design, Dragos developed projects ranging from limited edition experimental works to serial products. In 2015, Dragos was awarded A’ Design Award Gold Medal, for “/” Lamp, and received several other awards offered by the Romanian Association of Furniture Manufacturers for other furniture products.
We design sharp and timeless solutions for ever-changing environments. For us, dynamic change in living and working spaces nowadays has opened a breach for new, bold ideas.
