Angels Gabriel and Uriel are the new additions to the "Love & Light" project.
This beautiful luminescent Angel was designed to remind us in a beautiful way during the dark autumn and winter seasons, to take a moment and create space and time for reflection and contemplation of how we take care of each other.
Architect, 1974
Tine Mouritsen graduated from the Danish Royal Academy of Fine Arts' School of Architecture in 2000. Since 2003 she has worked as a freelance architect, and also as a furniture and interior designer. Apart from LE KLINT, her customers include GRID Montana, Luceplan, Copenhagen City and Port Development, Erik Jørgensen and FONA.
Tine's breakthrough came with the sustainable furniture series Q02, which was launched during the COP 15 summit in Copenhagen in December 2009. The success of Q02 led to nominations for Danish design magazines Bo Bedre and Bolig-magasinet design awards, as Designer of the Year and Upcoming Designer of the Year, respectively. Tine has strong design skills specifically in furniture and interior design, both for private and public spaces. She is much-coveted as a designer of exhibitions and trade fairs. With her characteristic 'less is more' philosophy, she designs clear and simple concepts where she takes the customer's or the assignment's DNA , history and visions for the future as her point of departure.
"I have always been fascinated with light in its many forms. I am constantly amazed at the ability of pure natural light´s power, to enhance or deplete nature´s beauty. On occasion, I have questioned, how can it get us to simultaneously, think about colour texture and shade, while interacting with our senses and affecting our moods." Kim Weckstrøm Jensen, CEO
