NOV24 for Zollanvari The fond childhood memories of pomegranate (anar) trees, as well as those from numerous travels to Iran over the years, have informed NOV24 Studio, Vienna, in the creation of this contemporary designer-carpet with pomegranate motifs. Anar dar Toor (pomegranates in a net) awakens memories of pomegranates hanging in nets in fruit-sellers’ stalls in Shiraz markets. This design represents a personal journey through fond memories of Iran translated into a thoroughly contemporary designer carpet for modern interiors - a carpet with soul, history, innovative spirit and design virtuosity.
