Curiosity, rigor and passion for research have characterized the work of Favaretto & Partners, specialized in industrial design and architectural design, for 40 years. Founded in 1973 as a Studio Favaretto has developed, since the '80s, a long experience in Italy and abroad, consolidating lasting relationships with prestigious production companies, with whom he led the entire industrial process for most of the projects receiving numerous awards
Relevance in the application of materials, design precision and research for innovation, of form and function, have always characterized the Favaretto & Partners approach. Thanks to the technical expertise and the passion for experimentation, the activity of the studio ranges in different areas of industrial design, from telephony to supplies (seats, lighting, upholstery), from medical to home accessories. In particular, he specialized in the design, prototyping and industrialization of office furniture, technical (operational, directional) seating and systems for collectivity, anticipating, in some cases, design languages later received and practiced by other designers and producers.
Favaretto & Partners supports and practices the principles of Design for All, a declaration accepted by the European Commission and promoted by the IIDD (Istituto Italiano Design Disabilità), in favor of a design practice that aims to guarantee the accessibility of places and objects to the most wide range of users.
