Sé - Eos Table

Sé launches table with cantilevered surface

Furniture brand Sé has made a side table with an off-centred surface that’s fixed to its base at one edge.

The gold circular tabletop reaches out over the edge of the bulbous ceramic base, and there’s a metal plate underneath the base that’s also off-centre, shadowing the position of the surface. The tabletop has a lip running round the edge to stop your things from rolling off, and the base comes in any of Se’s classic colours. There's also a special pale blue edition with a gold leaf print based on an algorithm that Ini developed himself.

Called Eos, the tables are part of Collection IV, also referred to as “Below the Heavens”, which was launched in Milan and marks the brand’s first collaboration with Californian designer Ini Archibong. The brand presented 11 designs from Ini’s 22-piece series, including the Circe seating range of cushioned blobs nestled against slender metal frames.

The rest of the collection will be released over a two-year period.
