Invisible City creates compelling designs that are intelligent, timeless and contemporary. Our furniture is handmade by award winning craftsmen using the finest sustainably sourced materials. Invisible City’s design aesthetic has a unique architectural feel rooted in geometry, ratio and modular concepts. Our designs celebrate a purity and simplicity of form handmade from luxurious raw materials. We are passionate about the materials we use and the fine details we create. Invisible City’s Incunabular Collection has sold all over the world and to high acclaim. Invisible City never rests on its laurels. As we speak the collection is being refined and details re-engineered. The classic Incunabular Sideboard has had over 150 refinements in the last three years alone. We are also very proud of Invisible City’s new Three Cut Leg (copyright) which has drastically reduced waste whilst creating a uniquely faceted design used throughout our Incunabular Collection. In 2014 Invisible City’s design studio moved to the south coast of England. Surrounded by the beautiful South Downs we continue to design, develop and prototype our furniture and lighting products. Uniquely, Invisible City has recently purchased 15 acres of woodland that we manage, supplying the majority of our Ash and prototyping timber. All our other timber including the European Oak and Black American Walnut are sustainably sourced from FSC approved suppliers. Invisible City’s bespoke services work closely with private and commercial clients to create beautiful tailored pieces or collections. From the incorporation of contract friendly materials and audio visual equipment to the creation of an exceptional single gallery piece, we are able to accommodate you. Invisible City are experienced in supplying throughout the world either directly or through a network of retailers and agents to both trade and the public. Invisible City’s collection will continue to grow under the guidance of our Creative Director Simon Moorhouse, who brings over 15 years of international experience as an Architect and Interior Designer.
