We hope you and your loved ones remain in good health and are finding your way in these unfamiliar times. Like you, we’re keeping a close eye on the developing situation with COVID-19 and prioritising recommendations to keep our teams and their families safe.
At the same time, we wanted to let you know that we’re adjusting the way we work as things unfold, so together we can try to keep your projects moving as much as possible.
- As an online-first company, our procurement and project management teams can continue to work with you on your projects from home without disruption.
- For now, our warehouse remains open – with the necessary precautions to ensure the health of our team – so processing your orders continues as normal.
- We’re in daily contact with design brands to understand the situation in their businesses, support them where we can and keep you up to date.
- We’re also talking regularly with our experienced logistics providers and installation partners to carry out the latest advice from official sources appropriately.
So far, we’re happy to say that everything due for delivery in the coming weeks is on track. If anything changes to affect your project, your Clippings procurement manager or project manager will be in touch immediately and will work with you to find the right solution.
