While over the last weeks our lives have changed in ways nobody could have predicted, we are now hoping to see life slowing coming out of standstill. Our team is in the lucky position to have adjusted swiftly, supporting clients and even organising the installation of projects in this very challenging environment over the last few weeks. Here’s an update of how we can help you right now with moving projects forward.

Safe installations on-site

We’ve implemented social distancing rules in the whole delivery process. Our carrier partners have updated their protocols and their crews received training on the latest security measures and are equipped with PPE. They will conduct Risk Assessments (RAMs) specific to Covid-19. The number of crew members on site might be reduced in certain cases, to ensure they can comply with social distancing measures. 

Our procurement and project management teams work remotely and can be contacted at any point during the installation. At the moment, we avoid sending them out to reduce the number of people on site. However, for particular complex installations, a member of our team can join for support if otherwise the project would be delayed.

Our procurement team or your account manager can help you to get your or your client’s office ready for teams to return to work. They can source the correct desk screens for existing equipment as we have excellent relationships with all leading office furniture brands, including Herman Miller, Steelcase and Haworth. Our team can also pull together options for free-standing screens or source any other equipment you might need.

Up-to-date lead times

We’re on top of all lead times. We’ve compiled an overview listing the current production status of the world’s leading furniture and lighting manufacturers. It is immediately updated when we receive new information from our partner brands. If you want to confirm the lead time for a specific product, you can send us an email and we’ll get the information for you.
