When Nacho Polo moved from Spain to USA, more specifically in Miami Beach, he found his new house, built in 1925, completely abandoned and destroyed due to several hurricane seasons. Although, he quickly realized that this was his home.
Nacho Polo was inspired by the ancient tropical houses of Key West when he converted this dark and dull colored house, filled with small useless rooms and spaces and its rarely vivid garden into a house full of light, with widely open spaces, filled with joy and well connected to the exteriors.
