Tree Tower

GBA were invited to participate in an invited competition by a New York based developer, Alf Naman. He is currently developing a number of exciting projects in the meatpacking district of Manhattan, with buildings by Jean Nouvel and Neil Denari currently on site. GBA were asked to make proposals for a 21 storey residential and art gallery tower overlooking the Hudson river with ambitions to be the 'greenest' tower in New York.
