Zone 11 is the first phase of a regeneration masterplan architect PRP has been evolving with the London Borough of Brent in South Kilburn to deliver 153 new homes, 75% of which are affordable and many of which are larger, family-sized maisonettes. All dwellings feature their own private balconies and the scheme includes a communal landscape to complement the architecture of the buildings.
The scheme sets a high quality design precedent with the use of distinctive materials and meticulous design detail giving this affordable housing scheme the overall impression of a high-end private residential development. -
