This is a 27,000 sq ft regeneration scheme, which, along with its extensive public realm scheme, aims to meet the needs of contemporary business without compromising on its heritage.
The carefully crafted new insertion within the restored corners of the original building enlivens the urban block while maintaining its historic vistas. The regeneration work includes the restoration of the original 1930s restaurants and bars, considered to be amongst the best and most completed example of Art Deco interiors in the country, back to the appearance they enjoyed in their 1930s heyday.
