Designed to face an uninterrupted landscape exposed through large glass doors and windows, the Lima Residence in Calabasas, California, focuses on providing its inhabitants with spacious social and private spaces to enjoy alongside family and fiends. Rectangle-shaped, the structure of this 4,500 square foot modern house was designed by California-based studio Abramson Teiger Architects as two units separated by a courtyard – the main house and garage on one side, and the guest house on the other.
