iProspect

iProspect is a leading, global digital marketing agency. Their new 25,000 square foot Fort Worth office focuses on modernization and giving its employees a good living space. The design intent was to intertwine the familiar, historical elements of Fort Worth with the modern, high-tech industry that iProspect serves. This use of elements such as wood, metal, railroad ties and historic glazing incorporate the feel of the previous location, in the Fort Worth Stockyards. The rehabilitated, one-story warehouse facility features an open layout, allowing employees to focus on group orientation and collaborative team building. The main kitchen is housed in the center of the office space, making it the hub for all employees to use and enjoy. The design team used sustainable strategies wherever possible, by working with the building Owner in advance to utilize existing walls for partitions and use reclaimed wood for the new, sliding barn doors. These elements merge with modern components such as writable glass wall surfaces and high-tech A/V systems to create a unique work environment for employees.
