Child Graddon Lewis was appointed by Freshwater to undertake a major refurbishment of this central London office building. As well as a complete internal refurbishment to Cat-A standards, the scheme includes a number of extensions and external alterations. A new, enlarged reception area and a remodelled front façade significantly improve the building’s presence at street level. The reception area provides greater flexibility and impact. Extensions to the upper floors create additional office floor space but also vastly improve circulation. Comprising approximately 30,000 sq ft (2,787m2), this project was completed in March 2008.
