Street Furniture
Why is street furniture design important when it seems like a minor issue against the the background of the combined problems of city planning and development? Of course, bad design poses no physical threat to anyone, but at the same time clever and aesthetically pleasing design has the potential to inspire, reassure, entertain, and educate. Affirmative action is always better than reparations.
